"As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the entire process. Step by step, Joe made it easy and fun. His expertise in the Columbus real estate market is a tremendous asset. He is highly recommended!" - Nicolette Horan, March 08
"I wanted to say thank you again, so much, for all your hard work. I know that you really put a lot of time into this transaction and I really, really appreciate it. I'm so happy I got the house and it all worked out and I just wanted to say thanks again, you did a great job and i really appreciate it. I will put that on the survey when they send it to me.
If there is ever anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to give me a call. I will refer every single person I know to you. I'm going to go get my dog and we're going to sit on the floor of our new house and have a glass of champaign. Thanks a lot Joe" -- Michael Mamp, Feb 08
Is your Realtor a Graduate of the Realtor Institute? I am
January 3rd, 2007 categories: About Me?, For Home Buyers, For Home Sellers
Yes, it’s true.? I have the GRI designation.? It’ll look flashy on my business cards and who doesn’t love acquiring prestigious looking initials after their name??
To me, it’s all about professional development and taking the time out of your career to better yourself through education.? The GRI program was a twelve day,? all day, intensive, three week course designed to keep Realtors on top of their game so we can better serve you, my would-be clients.? ? It wasn’t an inexpensive program, but it’s all worthwhile to keep me on the cutting edge of professionalism in my industry and to better help my clients when they need me.? ?
My goal is to attend around 40 hours of continuing education each year.? The GRI was considered 90 hours but this year and next I want to concentrate on areas where I perceive myself to be weak, like staging houses.? I do a great job helping clients get their homes ready for the market but let’s face it, I’m no Lisa LaPorta.
Did I mention I also have an ABR designation?
Does your Realtor care enough to give you the cutting edge advantages inherent in continuing professional development?? Yes, If I’m your Realtor.
Straight from the National Association of Relators:
Why Choose a REALTORŪ With a GRI designation?
Buying property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it’s often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated.
New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers require real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism.
So it’s more important than ever that you work with an agent who has a keen understanding of the real estate business. The GRI program has helped the best and the brightest in the industry achieve that level of understanding.
GRIs are:
- A GRI can make a difference
When you see the letters “GRI” after an agent’s name, you can count on receiving the knowledge and guidance you need to make your transaction go smoothly. In short, you can count on getting the best service available from a real estate professional.
Don’t you deserve the best?
