Update on The Metrolpolitan near Grandview

I like the design of this building and I think it suits the corner and the area well. The Metrolpolitan will spice up the Grandview area (No, it’s not technically in Grandview) if for no other reason than it’s shape. The only other such building in town that comes to mind is, of course, Flatiron Bar and Diner on Nationwide downtown, an eternal classic when it comes to great food and good drinks. Here are some particulars about the 20 unit condo project at the intersection of Northwest Blvd and Third Avenue from today’s Daily Reporter:
