"As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the entire process. Step by step, Joe made it easy and fun. His expertise in the Columbus real estate market is a tremendous asset. He is highly recommended!" - Nicolette Horan
"I wanted to say thank you again, so much, for all your hard work. I know that you really put a lot of time into this transaction and I really, really appreciate it. I'm so happy I got the house and it all worked out and I just wanted to say thanks again, you did a great job and i really appreciate it. I will put that on the survey when they send it to me.
If there is ever anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to give me a call. I will refer every single person I know to you. I'm going to go get my dog and we're going to sit on the floor of our new house and have a glass of champaign. Thanks a lot Joe" -- Michael Mamp
January 2007 sales were up

We often hear many negative things about housing markets. Most of them have nothing to do with Columbus but many people project that doom-and-gloom market outlook locally. The national media really shapes how we think locally and for the most part, it just isn’t true. Even with the good news, naysayers with soapboxes will find the potential for bad news. Here is some news about the Central Ohio Markets and how they did in January. This comes from the Columbus Board of Realtors and is a general sign of the health of our Central Ohio markets. If you live in Bexley, Clintonville, Grandview, Gahanna, Pickerington or the Short North, this news and these numbers have nothing to do you with you, your house or your home search specifically because all real estate is Local (with a capital L) in a way that most immediatley relates to what happens on your block, in your subdivision and on your side of your town. Yet another reason to work with an intelligent, aware and involved Realtor.
From our Board of Realtors–(February 27, 2007) After six consecutive months of sales coming in lower than the year before, central Ohio home sales shot up in January. There were 1,510 home sales last month which is up 12.2 percent over the previous years 1,346 sales. During eight of the 12 months last year, sales were less than in 2005 which is still the highest sales year on record according to the Columbus Board of REALTORS
