"As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the entire process. Step by step, Joe made it easy and fun. His expertise in the Columbus real estate market is a tremendous asset. He is highly recommended!" - Nicolette Horan, March 08
"I wanted to say thank you again, so much, for all your hard work. I know that you really put a lot of time into this transaction and I really, really appreciate it. I'm so happy I got the house and it all worked out and I just wanted to say thanks again, you did a great job and i really appreciate it. I will put that on the survey when they send it to me.
If there is ever anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to give me a call. I will refer every single person I know to you. I'm going to go get my dog and we're going to sit on the floor of our new house and have a glass of champaign. Thanks a lot Joe" -- Michael Mamp, Feb 08
After the Closing You’ll Miss Me

We’ve looked at 73 houses together, I burped your baby, was humped by your dog, we laughed and joked and now it’s all over.? You’ve got the keys to your dream home and you don’t need me anymore.? ? No more calls, no more meetings, no more questions.? While I certainly can’t speak for all Realtors, I really miss my clients after the closing? because I’ve worked very hard, hand in hand with them over the course of the buying/selling process and now, poof, they’re gone. Of course I’m never quite gone.? ? I’ll send newsletters, greetings, an occasional call, mailings and such.? ? You know that I’m your Realtor for life and your friends and family will enjoy working with me.? You know that I’m your resource for all things real estate related in Columbus, Ohio.? Oh, but the bond we had.? ? ? ? The bond that comes of? the? intense relationship of people working together for a common goal is real and the void left behind is odd.? Sure, I’m moving on to my next clients — sometimes a referral from you even before we’ve closed on your house.? You’re moving, packing, painting and getting the nursery ready and you’ve also moved on.? ? Maybe I’m lucky but about 97.5% of all the people I’ve worked with, I’ve really gotten along with very well.? Some of my past clients are my current friends and I’ve been amazed at the things, places and people my clients have turned me on to.? Sure it’ll tough when it’s over, but we really had something special, didn’t we?
