"As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the entire process. Step by step, Joe made it easy and fun. His expertise in the Columbus real estate market is a tremendous asset. He is highly recommended!" - Nicolette Horan
"I wanted to say thank you again, so much, for all your hard work. I know that you really put a lot of time into this transaction and I really, really appreciate it. I'm so happy I got the house and it all worked out and I just wanted to say thanks again, you did a great job and i really appreciate it. I will put that on the survey when they send it to me.
If there is ever anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to give me a call. I will refer every single person I know to you. I'm going to go get my dog and we're going to sit on the floor of our new house and have a glass of champaign. Thanks a lot Joe" -- Michael Mamp
Kitchen Waste Cans - No good solution?
March 27th, 2007 categories: About Me?, For Home Sellers, Real Estate News
I don’t know about your house, but my family generates a lot of trash - most of it in the kitchen.? Sure, we recycle with the best of them-cans, glass, paper.? It doesn’t matter, the trash keeps coming and coming.? We live in the city and we have a decent sized kitchen but it’s not huge and we don’t have a big cabinet to hide our trash can in.?
So it sits out in a strategically located yet accessible location. It has to look good, so it has to be stainless.? The only thing you can find at the stores are small, good looking ones that we fill up in about a day and a half.? I show a lot of homes in Columbus and I haven’t found a good solution.? If only I could take a 45 gallon plastic barrel and put it in the basement and have some kind of trash chute system; I’d be in heaven.?
Take a look around though, there are not any good looking kitchen trash cans that are big enough to support a family.? It’s true and that’s my gripe for the day.
