Avg. Sales Price/Sq Foot = $63.53 Avg. Sq ft = 2,328 Average List Price=$155,133 and Average Sold Price = $147,900 (95.3%) Longest market time was 65 North Monroe at 275 days ($213,000 4 beds, 3.5 baths in need of updating) Shortest market time was 79 days for 99 North Ohio ($215,000 5 bed, 2.5 bath 2592 sq ft pretty much ready to go with 2 beds and 1 bath on 3rd floor) Four area condos sold in March - all in park towers including a 3 bed, 3 bath 1810 sq foot on the 6th floor for only $35,000. Yes, it need some work and yes, the condo fees are $1,043/month. But hey, that inlcludes utilities! |
