The sign came out on Sunday. Before sunset, more than one offer was made and it was in contract before the sun came up on Monday and before it even hit the MLS.
It’s a 1720 square foot BRICK 3 bed, 2 bath with a 2 car garage between High and Milton.
The planets aligned for that house. I had a buyer who it was perfect for but alas, it was quite elusive.
