A South High Street Address that’s not in a Hotel

August 8 2007 063The building here, at 342 South High, has six one bedroom condominiums in it that haven’t had a whole lot of fanfare so you may not be aware of them.

They don’t have a catchy name, like the CourtRoom Condos for instance, but they do have around 1400 square feet.  That’s more than 69 currently active listings a few hundred yards down the road in German Village that have an average $194.57/sq ft.

They’re listed at $175/Sq Ft and they include all the granite, stainless, blah blah blah you see everywhere.  I was looking at them the other day and they feel good and have high ceilings and hard wood and I’m told the prices will soon be more around the $150/sq ft range.  Not bad if you’re a lawyer or South end of Downtown kind of person.

One Response to “A South High Street Address that’s not in a Hotel”

  1. I looked at one of these about 2 years ago. Nice space; however, the smell of Barley’s running through the building and into my condo was not something I wanted to live with; eventhough the walk in closet in one of the units is as big as some people’s bedrooms…..
