Early birds will have the best choice, get the most repairs done by sellers, be the only game in town for most sellers to play with. Anyone not buying in a buyer's market doesn't get it. My buyers in Las Vegas are grabbing the best bargains or the best homes from terrified sellers who are giving away the store. Everything always runs in cycles.
