The 24 hour concierge, valets, car washes, refrigerated spot to put perishable mail items, great common rooms, views, storage, a signature restaurant on site and a guest suite may be pie-in-the-sky amenities that "ex-CEO-empty-nesters-who-dont-necessarily-want-the-true-urban-experience" want, but reality is that there are more of us "common-folk" who just want a walkable, sustainable, urban community without the unnecessary grandiose.
