Clintonville Real Estate Update - Homes for Sale and Sold - October

260 chatham 260 Chatham sold for a Probate Court Approved $40,000.  2 beds, 1 bath, 916 sq ft of prime Clintonville Location for $43.67/sq ft.  OK, it needs work but you’ve gotta love it.

From Weber to Morse in Clintonville proper, 33 homes sold in October.  Excluding 260 Chatham, They averaged:

Only seven of those 33 went for anything above $250,000 this time.

GlenmontThe most expensive Clintonville home that sold last month was 45 Glenmont.  It was a 2749 sq ft brick home built in 1925 on a double lot (.29 acres).  It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sold in 105 days.  It was originally listed in April for $565,000.  Taxes were $5050 per year.
