Short North Real Estate Update - October Homes for Sale and Sold

801 hamlet sold for 333,000 and was newly rehabbedOctober Short North Sales? Condos, Condos, and more Condos.  So much so, I’ll break it down like this:

801 Hamlet was the most unique and uniquely finished home to sell in October.  Between First and Warren, this 1776 sq ft, 3 bed, 2.5 bath rehab sold for $333,000 in Six Days.

A 1440 sq ft fixer upper (yeah, they’re still around sometimes) in the almost 500 block of West First  sold for $154,900, a Dennison Place Short Sale north of 5th Ave went for $238,000 and two Harrison West 2 bedroom properties averaged $159.73 sq ft.  Both had 2 car garages (!) and one full bath and they averaged 1228 sq ft.

14 Short North condos sold in the greater Short North area including Italian Village, Harrision West, Victorian Village, and Dennison Place.

All in all, these condos all mashed together averaged a little more than $293,000 and $170.47 sq ft. which, when you see it all spread out like this, doesn’t mean as much does it?
