Happy Holidays. I’ve made a list, and you can check it twice, of ten homes under $100,000 and over 1,000 sq ft within 3 miles of Broad & High streets. These are only single family homes, there are also 17 more condo choices. I had to really whittle down the list for these which are in either better locations or conditions than some of the others.
For the most part, these are move in ready though some may need a little sprucing. Obviously, the field opens up considerably if you’re willing to do some work on a fixer upper.

Thanks for posting this type of information Joe. I think there is a misconception about the types and price ranges of homes available in mid town areas. This is the first time I’ve come to your site (via ColumbusUnderground - Hey Walker) and I’m really impressed. I sold realestate for a couple years when I first moved here and I certainly wouldn’t have envisioned using a blog in this way. Keep up the good work!
