"As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the entire process. Step by step, Joe made it easy and fun. His expertise in the Columbus real estate market is a tremendous asset. He is highly recommended!" - Nicolette Horan
"I wanted to say thank you again, so much, for all your hard work. I know that you really put a lot of time into this transaction and I really, really appreciate it. I'm so happy I got the house and it all worked out and I just wanted to say thanks again, you did a great job and i really appreciate it. I will put that on the survey when they send it to me.
If there is ever anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to give me a call. I will refer every single person I know to you. I'm going to go get my dog and we're going to sit on the floor of our new house and have a glass of champaign. Thanks a lot Joe" -- Michael Mamp
What kind of Power do Buyers Have in this Columbus Buyer’s Market.

Not as much as you may think. Just because the snow is flying and kids are having fun with snow days, don’t think that there isn’t anything going on in the Columbus Real Estate Market. The Columbus Market is very active right now.
I’ve been busy with buyers and sellers over the last couple weeks. Since February 1, about 100 listing have gone into contract just in the inside-270 markets that I closely follow.
If you think you’re on easy street because it is a buyer’s market, watch out. You may not have as much time on your hands as you thought. There are other buyers out there too and many of them are after the same thing you are because they are in a similar position in life making a similar move.
Also, don’t think it’s OK to offer 85% of the list price and think it’s a fair offer because the seller must have their backs up against the wall. (Unless of course your Realtor and You decide it is a fair offer because the home is grossly overpriced) A good negotiation ends in a win-win for the buyer and seller. If the house you like the best right now is clean, well priced, updated and ready for you—-it’s ready for someone else too and it will be in contract and off the market before you know it. Make sure it’s in contract with you.
