Ohio and its Capital City have found themselves right back in the thick of political importance as the country once again holds its breath and waits to see what those crazy Ohioans will do next.  If, like me, you’re particularly interested in the candidates’ thought on home ownership and the mortgage crisis, read on.

Obama will crack down on fraudulent brokers and lenders. He will also make sure home buyers have honest and complete information about their mortgage options, and he will give a tax credit to all middle-class homeowners.  Look Here for the Details.

Hillary in Columbus is a difficult video to find.

Says Hillary, “I think the choice is clear. I think we need to act now, with smart, practical solutions to strengthen our housing and mortgage markets. Despite having the nomination wrapped up, John McCain was here recently too.  I couldn’t find anything regarding housing on his official web site but here is a link to his economic stimulus highlights.
