		<description>When are you going to update that pictures? Gas prices aren't that good? In all seriousness, I do think that gas is affecting our industry as well. Rumor has it in some areas buyers are being charged an upfront nonrefundable fee to pay for gas. I haven't seen it happen here at all in Birmingham, AL. For now on the vehicle front, I think I am going to stick with my paid for Honda as a hybrid won't save me enough money each month to make a car payment.</description>

		<description>Find an older model Scion xB.  Great gas mileage, you can fit four adults (or two adults and three kids) in easily, and you can probably get one for 15K or less.  You'll pay much more for any hybrid and be waiting a long time for any return on that.</description>
