New Development coming to Bronzeville

Since I live down the street, I’ve been waiting for this for a long, long time.  I can finally begin to get excited about something coming to this vacant lot since this morning I watched the sign guy, on the left, put up this sign.
With him is a Marjorie, a neighbor and long time resident […]

Black Creek Bistro - Olde Towne East’s Best Bet

For Food, Drink and ambiance.  We’ve not had or heard of anything but great experiences here at Black Creek Bistro, at the corner of Oak and Parsons Avenue.  Since I moved to the neighborhood, this location has housed several different eateries, most notably Elemental.  I hope Black Creek Bistro has a long, long stay.
See the […]

This Week in Columbus Real Estate - Olde Towne East

Surely the best listing to come out of the greater Olde Towne East area is my new listing at 1771 Bryden Road.  A two bedroom, 1.5 bath brick ranch with 1222 square feet and a super nice kitchen, semi finished basement, all new bath on a quarter acre lot surrounded by big Giant homes for […]

Grandview includes Marble Cliff, Clintonville includes […]

The Broadwin Update

Two weeks ago I went through the Broadwin and ran into Joe Rechie, the Developer of the Broadwin, 1312 East Broad in Olde Towne East, and Jeffrey Place.  First, let me say that I can’t get over what a nice guy Joe is.  Not in a smarmy real estate tycoon way either, genuinely nice, genuinely interested […]

Another somewhat useless but cool real estate gadget

The folks over at Trulia continue to try to outcool the rest with this product called HindSight.  While last week’s google announcement regarding the city streets view was impressive, it isn’t in Ohio yet. Trulia recently received a round of investment cash and it’ll be interesting to see if they, GoogleBase, Zillow or some one else […]
