The Short North Homes for sale/sold 2007 Recap

2007 wasn’t a bad year for the greater Short North real estate market.  301 Short North area properties sold last year.  Of those, 72 were single family homes averaging:

$153/sf
90 days on market
97% of the last list price

Short North - Italian Village Homes for Sale/Sold — November Update

It was Harrison Park leading the way last month with Seven Home Sales.  Six of those were 3 bed, 3.5 baths that averaged $412,595, 2485 sq ft and $166.03/sq ft.
Of the other Eight homes/condos that sold in the near north in November, there were 2 Harrison West Condos that averaged $175/sq ft,

Short North Real Estate Update - October Homes for Sale and Sold

This is a Victorian Village Condo that just hit the market.  It’s just under 1300 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and it’s around $218 sq ft with a monthly condo fee of less than $150.

Doo Dah Rain Date

In case you missed the Doo Dah parade on July 4, the rain date is July 3. 
It was another good parade, especially if you saw it early, before the horrendous storm set in.
We watched the parade, went to the playground and made it to Max & Ermas on Nationwide for lunch before it began raining.
